In addition to timber, we are collaborating with innovative, sustainable material producers to incorporate eco-friendly alternatives into our products.
- Smiles Plastics (Swansea-based): Producing stunning, durable boards from 100% recycled plastics.
- Ecoboard: Made from agricultural waste, offering a unique and sustainable alternative to traditional timber-based products.
- Other Recycled and Low-Impact Materials: We’re always exploring new materials to expand our eco-conscious product offerings.
Low-Emission Manufacturing & Energy Efficiency
Our state-of-the-art workshop in Wales is designed with efficiency in mind. We continuously invest in modern equipment and production methods that help minimize waste and energy use while maximizing precision and quality.
Where possible, we also reuse and recycle offcuts from our production process, ensuring that every resource is utilized to its fullest.
Eco-Friendly Finishes
We use food-safe and eco-friendly finishes, such as Osmo TopOil, which offers natural protection while minimizing harmful emissions and chemicals. This ensures our products are not only sustainable but also safe for you and your home.
Low-Emissions Shipping Partners
We work with low-emission shipping partners and logistics providers that are committed to reducing carbon footprints through eco-conscious practices, such as:
- Consolidated Shipping: Reducing the number of deliveries and optimizing routes.
