Carefully packaged and delivered with care from our Welsh workshop to your door.
Every Eirlys board is handcrafted in our Ferndale workshop and packaged with the same care we put into making it. We ship throughout the UK and internationally using trusted couriers, with full tracking on every order.
Processing & Dispatch
In-Stock Items
Orders for in-stock items are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Made-to-Order Items
Due to incredible demand for our handcrafted boards, made-to-order items currently have a 3-week lead time. We're thrilled by the response and are expanding our workshop capacity in 2026 to meet demand—thank you for your patience and support as we grow.
Bespoke & Engraved Items
Custom engraved boards and bespoke commissions require additional production time. We'll provide an estimated completion date when you place your order. Once completed, bespoke orders will be dispatched on a next-day service and you'll be kept updated throughout the process.
Delivery Information
UK Deliveries
- Standard UK shipping: £5.95 (Free on orders over £75)
- Premium next day delivery: £10.50 (in-stock items only, order before 12pm)
- All UK orders shipped via Royal Mail insured and signed for
- Larger orders may be sent via Parcel Force
- Signature required on all deliveries
- We ship Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)
- Tracking information provided via email
International Deliveries
- Shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination
- Delivery times vary by location and customs processing
- Full tracking provided on all international orders
- Carriers include DHL, UPS, and Royal Mail International
Packaging
Your board arrives beautifully packaged and fully protected for its journey. Each board is wrapped in tissue paper, secured in a protective box, and sealed with branded tape. We use recyclable and sustainable packaging materials wherever possible.
If your order is a gift, we're happy to include a handwritten gift message—just add a note at checkout.
Delivery Terms
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, customs clearance processes, or other external factors
- Tracking information will be emailed once the order is shipped
- All deliveries require a signature
Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom:
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes required by their local government
- These charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee
- Customs processing times vary by country and are beyond our control
- Import restrictions may apply—please check your local regulations before ordering
