Our Ferndale Workshop
Nestled in the scenic Rhondda Valley of South Wales, our 2,500 square foot workshop has been the home of Eirlys Studio since its founding. This isn't just a production facility—it's where passion, skill, and heritage converge.
Our workshop houses a blend of traditional woodworking machinery and modern CNC equipment, allowing us to honor time-tested techniques while achieving the precision today's craftspeople demand.

From Timber to Treasure
Every board begins with carefully selected, FSC-certified hardwood. Our timber arrives as rough-sawn planks and undergoes a meticulous transformation in our Ferndale workshop.
We work exclusively with premium Maple, Cherrywood, and Walnut—each chosen for its exceptional durability, beauty, and performance.
This attention to material selection is fundamental to creating boards that last generations, not years.
