We stand behind the quality of every board we craft. If your Eirlys board doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward returns process to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your board must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • In original packaging with all protective materials
  • No signs of use, including knife marks, stains, or oil application
  • All original tags and documentation included

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Custom engraved or personalized boards
  • Bespoke or made-to-order items
  • Boards that have been used, washed, or oiled
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
  • Care products (oil, board cream) once opened

How to Return Your Order

Contact Us

Email support@eirlysstudio.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Package Your Board

Carefully repackage your board in its original packaging. Ensure it's well protected for the return journey. Include all original materials and documentation.

Use Your Free Return Label

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Simply attach it to your package and drop it off at your nearest post office or courier location. Returns are completely free.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email.

Refund Policy

What Gets Refunded

  • Full product price refunded for eligible returns
  • Original shipping costs refunded if the item is faulty or we made an error
  • Return shipping is free—we provide a prepaid label

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Boards showing signs of use or damage not caused by transit
  • Boards returned without original packaging
  • Boards returned more than 30 days after delivery

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in crafting and packaging every board, but occasionally issues occur during transit or production.

If Your Board Arrives Damaged or Faulty:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging
  • We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund (including return shipping)
  • You will not be charged for return shipping on faulty or damaged items

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If there's a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right—no questions asked.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different board, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.

If you're unsure about size, wood type, or design, please contact us before ordering—we're happy to provide guidance to ensure you choose the perfect board.

Important Notes

Custom engraved and bespoke boards cannot be returned unless faulty. We recommend double-checking all personalization details before completing your order. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us before the board is crafted—we're happy to make changes at that stage.
