Finished exclusively with food-safe mineral oil. Free from BPA, phthalates, formaldehyde and harmful chemicals. Safe for direct food contact and suitable for all food preparation.

Your Eirlys board is crafted to last a lifetime with proper care. Wipe clean with a damp cloth after each use and dry immediately. Never soak or place in the dishwasher.

Oil monthly with food-safe mineral oil to maintain the wood's natural lustre and protect against moisture. Allow the oil to penetrate for 20 minutes before wiping away excess. The drip groove should be cleaned thoroughly after each use to prevent buildup. Due to the board's exceptional size and 5 cm thickness, allow adequate drying time between uses. Cherry's colour will naturally deepen with age and light exposure, developing a stunning golden amber patina that adds luminous warmth and character—becoming a treasured centrepiece that tells the story of countless meals shared.
