FSC certified Canadian maple sourced from sustainably managed forests. End grain construction creates a self-healing surface that protects knife edges. Natural variations in grain and tone make each board unique. Maple will develop a warm honey patina with use and regular oiling.

Finished exclusively with food-safe mineral oil. Free from BPA, phthalates, formaldehyde and harmful chemicals. Safe for direct food contact and suitable for all food preparation.

Your Eirlys board is crafted to last a lifetime with proper care. Wipe clean with a damp cloth after each use and dry immediately. Never soak or place in the dishwasher.

Oil monthly with food-safe mineral oil to maintain the wood's natural lustre and protect against moisture. Allow the oil to penetrate for 20 minutes before wiping away excess.
